Ho Ho Ho
Ho Ho Ho is a self-initiated studio project for the festive season. Tired of just doing the expected Christmas card with a witty bit of copy, we challenged ourselves to do something a bit different. The result was a 24-page tabloid sized magazine, full of ‘creative Christmas delights’.
We art directed and edited all aspects of the magazine, including commissioning critically acclaimed product designer Peter Marigold to create his own unique Christmas tree for the cover. This typically left-field piece was inspired by Humpty Dumpty’s un–birthday in Lewis Carroll’s ‘Through the Looking Glass’. We also asked designers and illustrators to do their own versions of the ubiquitous Christmas jumper for one of the magazine features. We were so pleased with what our collaborators came up with, we decided to host an exhibition at the Breese Little Gallery in Clerkenwell to showcase the results.
