Haboakus is the joint venture between designer and TV presenter Kevin McCloud’s company Hab and housing group GreenSquare. They work with leading architects to develop thoughtfully designed places that are environmentally efficient to run and build; that respect local context and biodiversity, and where residents can feel a strong sense of belonging.
Having previously worked with McCloud and his team at Hab on their graphic identity, we were then asked to develop a look for Haboakus. Being the more commercially-minded and sales-driven side of the business, the identity needed to reflect this and to communicate their brand values: homes, community, and environment.
We worked on a full identity that included a symbol to represent their values and a strong typographic style that links the different developments that they build. We also worked on signage and produced the sales brochure for Applewood, one of their first developments.
